USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER

Designed a system for a human resources project that aiming to match members with the job that suits them best. I planned the user experience from the ground up, starting with a research and discovery phase. Together with my team member, we created wireframes and user flows, built prototypes, designed the visuals and worked collaboratively with a design and development team during the process.

Designed a management panel where all processes of companies (establishing, company structuring, employee tracking, process tracking, finance, legal processes) can be created and monitored. This included conducting research to define project requirements, sketching initial concepts, drawing wireframes, creating prototypes, and conducting user testing. In this project, a microservice structure was used, and we created the operation of many modules. These modules are designed to be used in every project that will be created. We worked with the software team and the project owner throughout the whole process.

Planned the user experience and drew wireframes of a panel that was used by the partners of our project, in collaboration with my team member.
